You Will Need:
1 1/2 cups of rolled oats
1 1/4 cups of flour
3/4 of a cup of coconut
3/4 of a cup of brown sugar
3 tablespoons of golden syrup
3/8 of a cup of rice bran oil
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
3 tablespoons of water
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a tray with baking paper
- Put the oats, flours, coconut and brown sugar in a bowl
- In a separate microwave-safe bowl add golden syrup, rice bran oil and water
- Put the microwave-proof bowl in the microwave for 30 seconds
- Take it out and whisk in the baking soda
- Combine the two bowls
- Roll the mixture onto the tray and put it in the oven for 10-15 minutes
- Take out the biscuits and let them cool
