To Kill A Mockingbird

As it is the school holidays my school are doing something called the summer learning challenge. As you can guess the summer learning challenge helps kids learn in the summer. For this activity, I had to design a catchy book cover for one of my favourite books. I did it on To Kill A Mockingbird by Harper Lee which I am currently reading. I think the cover looks really good. The image is public domain but it belongs to someone called Bodiddy.

How Many Names?

As it is the school holidays my school are doing something called the summer learning journey. The summer learning journey is a series of activities designed to help kids with their learning over the holidays. For this activity, I had to find out how Kiwi brand Twenty-Seven Names got their names and then write about whether I like it. I think I have done a good job.

Wise Dr. Seuss

As it is the school holidays my school is doing something called the summer learning journey. The summer learning journey is a series of activities designed to stretch the mind of children during the holidays. for this task, I had to pick an inspirational quote and find an image to go with this. I got the image from a website called BornRealist. The quote I chose was this: “Why Fit In When You Were Born To Stand Out?”- Dr Suess.

I think this means that you should just be yourself and that everybody was born different. Some of the most famous people ever born did not fit in, such as Albert Einstein who had crazy hair.
