Essential Health

As it is the school holidays my school, as well as loads of other schools in New Zealand, are doing the Summer Learning Journey so that we improve in our learning. For this activity, I am blogging about I had to list five things I do for health. I think I have made the slideshow look really attractive. All the images are public domain.

Do you do lots of exercises? If so please comment below. I appreciate your feedback.

  1. Kia ora Quinn, this is Kieryn from the Summer Learning Journey.
Well done for creating such an awesome post about five things you do for your health!
Regular exercise, healthy eating, drinking plenty of fluids, getting adequate sleep each night, and washing your hands are all excellent examples of ways you can maintain your health!
You mentioned that you regularly go running or cycling. Do you do this alone, or do you have a friend or family member who you go out and exercise with?
You also mentioned that you eat plenty of healthy foods. Which healthy snacks are your favourites?
My favourite healthy snacks include veggie sticks and hummus, apple slices with nut butter, and frozen fruit with coconut yoghurt!
Washing your hands is probably one of the easiest ways to maintain your health. Did you know that you are supposed to wash your hands for the same amount of time it takes to sing the ‘happy birthday to you’ song twice?
You have done an outstanding job with this post!
    Nga mihi
