Welcome To New Zealand

It is the school holidays but in the school holidays kids can sometimes go backwards in learning and that is why my school is doing the summer learning journey. For this activity, I made a welcome poster of New Zealand. I think I have made the poster look great. Here it is:

Are you from New Zealand or you are from a different country? If you are from a different country please comment below. I appreciate your feedback.

  1. Kia ora Quinn, this is Kieryn from the Summer Learning Journey.
Well done creating this awesome poster about New Zealand! You sure have made this poster look great, and you have included many awesome aspects of New Zealand!
I really like how you have used the term ‘friendly locals’ on your poster as it helps make New Zealand look like a nice, caring place to visit. The inclusion of all the different landmarks throughout New Zealand really showcases what we have to offer.
Have you been to any of these places before? If so, where?
I have been to the Dunedin stadium before and it is definitely is the best place to watch a rugby game because it is massive!
My favourite part of New Zealand is the Punakaiki Pancake Rocks. They are rocks that look as though they have been stacked on top of eachother (like a stack of pancakes), however have been made like this naturally. When there is a big surge of water, the liquid travels up the stacks of rocks and blows out of the top. It truly is an incredible sight to see!
Have you ever been to the Punakaiki Pancake Rocks?
    Nga mihi
